Stake vs Roobet vs BC.Game: Side-by-Side RTP, VIP, and Bonus Comparison
Published 2026-04-22 · Tags: comparison, guides, fundamentals
An honest comparison of the three biggest crypto casinos. RTP differences that compound, VIP rakeback ladders, welcome bonus math, withdrawal speeds, and who should play where.
If you gamble with crypto, you've probably asked this question: does it matter which casino you play at? The answer is yes, meaningfully, and the three biggest players (Stake, Roobet, BC.Game) differ in ways that add up over thousands of bets. This is a side-by-side comparison of RTP, VIP programs, bonus structure, and the less-obvious things that matter long-term.
All three run the same provably-fair primitives, so the "is it rigged?" concern is equal across them (it isn't — see Is Stake Rigged?). The real differences are in the economics: the edge, the rewards, and the slippage.
The short version
| Dimension | Stake | Roobet | BC.Game |
|---|---|---|---|
| Originals RTP (typical) | 99% | 98% | 97.5%–99% (varies) |
| Slot RTP (typical) | 94%–97% | 94%–96% | 94%–97% |
| Sportsbook margins | Tight (~2%–5%) | N/A | Wider (~4%–7%) |
| VIP rakeback cap | Up to ~10% | Up to ~8% | Up to ~5% |
| Welcome bonus | None usually | Up to $1,000 w/ wagering | Match + free spins |
| Crypto accepted | 20+ | 8 | 30+ |
| Sports | Yes, major | No | Limited |
| Provably fair | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Mobile UX | Best-in-class | Good | Cluttered |
If you only play originals (dice, limbo, crash): Stake's 99% RTP is the clear winner. Playing $10 per bet over 1,000 bets = expected loss of $100 at Stake vs $200 at Roobet. That's real money.
If you're primarily a sports bettor: Stake again, but by a wider margin, their sportsbook margins are significantly tighter than BC.Game's on most major sports. Roobet doesn't have sports.
If you want free signup money: BC.Game and Roobet, Stake has never run a meaningful welcome bonus. Their pitch is VIP rakeback over time, not upfront freebies.
The RTP deep dive
RTP is "return to player" — the percentage of wagered money the casino expects to pay back long-term. 99% RTP means a 1% house edge. Over very long play, RTP is the number that matters most.
Dice / Limbo / Crash
These are the transparent originals. All three casinos publish their RTPs:
- Stake: 99.0% (dice, limbo), 99.0% (crash)
- Roobet: 98.5% (dice), 98.5% (limbo), 98.5% (crash)
- BC.Game: 99.0% (standard dice/limbo), some bet modes at 98% or 97%
The half-percent difference compounds. A player wagering $1,000/week on crash over a year wagers ~$52,000, expected loss at 99% = $520, at 98.5% = $780. That's $260/year in pure math, ignoring rakeback.
Slots
All three aggregate the same game providers (Pragmatic, NetEnt, Hacksaw, Pg Soft, etc.) so the RTP of a given slot is identical across casinos (it's set by the provider, not the operator). But:
- Some providers ship multiple RTP versions (e.g. 96% and 94% of the same slot), the casino picks which version to host.
- Stake historically hosts the higher-RTP versions; Roobet and BC.Game sometimes host the lower ones.
If you play slots seriously, check the RTP on the slot's info screen at each casino before depositing. A "Sweet Bonanza" slot at 96.5% vs 94.5% is a 2 percentage-point difference on tens of thousands in wagers.
Sports
Sports margin = how much the casino's implied probabilities add up beyond 100%. A fair book is exactly 100%; real books are 102%–110%.
- Stake sports: typical 2-way markets 102.5%–104%, high-liquidity markets 101.5%–102%. Very sharp.
- BC.Game sports: 105%–108% on most markets. Significantly wider.
- Roobet: no sportsbook.
For sports bettors, this is the single biggest gap between operators — wider than any difference on the casino side.
VIP programs compared
Stake, see our full VIP tier guide. Bronze → Obsidian, 9 levels. Rakeback scales with tier (Gold starts ~3%, Diamond+ can hit ~10%). Generous at the top, slow grind at the bottom.
Roobet, Pawn → Grandmaster, 9 levels. Rakeback capped around 8% at top tier. Monthly bonuses, birthday bonuses, level-up bonuses. Roughly comparable to Stake in reward structure, slightly slower ramp.
BC.Game — VIP 1 → VIP 70 (yes, seventy). Rakeback visible daily, capped around 5%. More tiers of smaller rewards, satisfying psychologically but less generous at the top than Stake or Roobet.
For a high-volume player, Stake's top-tier rewards are the most generous. For a casual low-to-medium player, BC.Game's finer-grained ladder feels rewarding more often.
Welcome bonuses
Stake: None, usually. Sometimes runs a "first deposit match" during specific promotions but it's not permanent. Their VIP tier rewards are the long-run pitch instead.
Roobet: 20% match up to $1,000 on first deposit, 35x wagering. At 1% house edge, that's EV-positive (+$350 on average clearing the wagering on crash). The classic welcome trap is claiming it then grinding slots, reminder: at 5% house edge, the wagering costs more than the bonus pays.
BC.Game: 4-deposit bonus chain (up to ~$20k total theoretical), free spins, weekly/monthly cash drops. Aggressive marketing, complicated terms. Read the wagering requirements line by line — many of the bonus portions have very high playthrough (40x–60x).
Always run the math, use our Bonus Calculator on any bonus before accepting. The bonus amount is a headline; the wagering requirement is the fine print that decides if it's actually +EV.
The practical differences you'll actually feel
Withdrawal speed
- Stake: under 1 minute typically. Crypto withdrawals go through fast and cheap.
- Roobet: under 5 minutes, sometimes manual review for larger withdrawals.
- BC.Game: 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on amount and crypto chosen.
Stake is meaningfully faster here. For frequent withdraw/deposit players, that compounds into real QoL.
UI / app quality
- Stake: cleanest dark UI, best mobile, responsive chat
- Roobet: decent, slightly dated, good animations
- BC.Game: feature-cluttered, Chinese-market aesthetic, lots of promos everywhere
Subjective, but most users prefer Stake's minimalism once they've used all three.
Support
All three have 24/7 chat. Response time is roughly equal (2–10 min depending on time of day). Stake's support is the most technically literate, if you ask about hash verification or provably-fair, they'll actually engage. The others sometimes pass those questions off to generic FAQ links.
Who should play where
- You play originals casually → Stake. Best RTP, best UX, clean.
- You bet on sports → Stake. BC.Game's margins are too wide; Roobet has no sports.
- You're a slot grinder → depends on the specific slot. Check RTP on each casino before depositing.
- You want the biggest welcome bonus → BC.Game (if you'll stick to low-edge games during wagering) or Roobet.
- You're a high-volume VIP-tier hunter → Stake at the top end is the most generous; BC.Game's lower tiers feel more rewarding short-term.
- You care about withdrawal speed → Stake.
What this tool lets you actually check
Most of the numbers above come from our own audit of public RTPs + community data. To verify any Stake bet against the advertised RTP yourself, use our Verifier. To analyze your cumulative realized RTP against the casino's stated number, upload your bet archive to our Bet Analyzer. If your realized RTP over 1,000+ bets drifts meaningfully from the advertised number, that's a data point worth asking about.
Our Tracker also shows the realized ROI of hundreds of sharp Stake sports bettors — useful calibration for "what does a good sports result actually look like?" on Stake specifically.
TL;DR
For most players, Stake is the strongest default pick on RTP, UX, and sports. Roobet is fine if you want a welcome bonus and only play originals. BC.Game has the flashiest promos and the most crypto options but pays for it in sportsbook margin and slot-RTP selection.
Don't take any of this on faith, run the math on whatever you actually play, and verify with the tools linked above.
