Max Win Replays for 4,700+ Slots (Up From About 1,400)

The replay harvest is done: 4,716 of 5,315 Engine slots can show their max-win spin in Stake's real engine. Plus odds, quick targets and a demo hand-off.

The Max-Win Generator on the homepage finds the single biggest spin a Stake Engine slot can produce and hands you a replay of it in Stake's real engine. Until this week it could only do that for about 1,400 games, because the replay needs a piece of metadata (the game's engine ID and interface version on Stake's side) that we had to harvest game by game.

That harvest is done. 4,716 of the 5,315 slots in the catalog are replay-ready as of this morning, which is nearly 89%, up from about 26%.

What changed

The old harvester matched our catalog to Stake's lobby by slug, and slugs disagree constantly (studio prefixes, renamed games, regional variants). It found 1,400 and gave up on the rest. The new one searches Stake's catalog by name with a studio tiebreak, tries a few slug shapes when that fails, picks the game's active version (falling back to the newest version that has playable modes), and then verifies that the replay URL it built actually resolves before recording it. Anything transient gets retried the next day; anything that fails verification gets rechecked weekly. New releases are picked up automatically after each catalog sync.

The ones that aren't

Of the ~600 remaining, about 480 are games where Stake simply doesn't offer a replay at all (the game is listed but the fairness replay is disabled on Stake's side; the generator shows the max-win spin's numbers without the video for those). About 50 are catalog entries that don't exist on Stake anymore. The rest are transient failures being retried.

A reminder on what this is

It's a verification tool pointed at a seed pair you provide or at a revealed seed. It cannot look inside your live seed and it does not predict anything. It shows you what the game's math says the ceiling is, and lets you watch the engine render it. That's all, and it's the best way we know to make a payout table feel real.

Item eight of nine. The design pass is tomorrow.
